BZOO Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how BZOO handles delivery, returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on our website and affiliated marketplaces.
1. Free U.S. Shipping
BZOO offers free standard shipping within the United States on all product orders. Free shipping automatically applies at checkout; no minimum purchase is required.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during promotional events, limited releases, or peak season.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges required by their destination country. Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier performance and customs clearance procedures.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time begins after an order has been processed and shipped. U.S. deliveries typically arrive between 5-7 business days following processing. International delivery times vary by destination and can range from approximately 10-21 business days or longer depending on customs and local postal services. These delivery times are estimates and may change due to carrier delays or customs inspections, which are outside our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges (Opened but Unused)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that have been opened but remain unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. All accessories and packaging must be included for a return to be eligible. Items showing signs of use, scratches, handling damage, wear, or missing accessories will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
6. Return Shipping Policy (Free Exchanges Only)
Return shipping for exchanges is free. If a customer chooses to exchange their product for another item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If a customer requests a refund, and the product is unused and eligible to be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For products determined to be defective under our 12-month warranty, return shipping for replacement will be free. Expedited or upgraded shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
7. Defective Products & 12-Month Warranty
All BZOO eyewear is protected by a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, scratched lenses, misuse, cosmetic wear, liquid damage beyond the rated protection, or any damage caused by improper care or handling. Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photos, or return of the product for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, BZOO will repair, replace, or provide store credit at our discretion.
8. Marketplace Purchases
If a product is purchased through a marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, or Shopify, the platform’s policies may apply in addition to this policy. Marketplace rules may impact shipping charges, refund methods, and return deadlines. Warranty claims, however, are still governed by BZOO’s warranty terms regardless of where the purchase was made.
9. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, handling damage, moisture exposure, scratches, dirt, or physical wear. Returns are also not accepted if accessories, cleaning tools, packaging, or included items are missing. Unauthorized returns sent without approval may be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense.
10. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Claim
To begin a return, exchange, or warranty inspection, please follow these steps:
Repackage your product in its original packaging with all included accessories and materials. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Email us to request authorization at support@bzoos.com
Include your order number and reason for return, exchange, or warranty request.Our support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions and a return label if applicable.
A prepaid label will be issued for exchanges or approved warranty claims.
Refund returns require the customer to cover return shipping unless defective.
Print and attach the label (if provided) to the return package.
Drop the package off at the carrier location listed on the label.
Please allow up to 5 business days after the returned product arrives at our facility for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved. Exchanges or warranty replacements will be shipped once the returned item has been inspected.
11. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only before shipment. If tracking information has already been issued, the order may no longer be modified or canceled. In that case, the customer must follow our return policy after delivery.
12. Fraud Prevention
BZOO reserves the right to reject or limit returns, exchanges, or warranty claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our policies.
