To purchase from BZOO, you must be:

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product information, including colors, features, and specifications. However, minor variations may occur due to device display settings, manufacturing updates, or improvements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website or marketplace stores are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary by region, marketplace, or promotion. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled through our warehouses or third-party logistics partners. Shipping dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or international requirements. Delays in transit are not grounds for refunds outside our Return Policy.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

6. 30-Day Return Policy (Opened but Unused)

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery if it has been opened but remains unused and in original, undamaged condition, including all packaging and accessories.

Returns Are Not Accepted If:

  • The item shows signs of wear or use

  • Packaging, accessories, or included items are missing or damaged

  • The product has been altered, scratched, or improperly handled

  • The product is returned without authorization

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was delivered defective.

7. 12-Month Limited Warranty (Manufacturer Defects Only)

BZOO products include a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials or manufacturing. This warranty begins on the delivery date shown on tracking records.

This Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal component defects not caused by damage

  • Functional issues not resulting from misuse

This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper handling

  • Scratches, scuffs, or wear from normal use

  • Liquid damage beyond the product’s rated protection

  • Lost, stolen, or modified products

  • Accessories, packaging, or cosmetic damage

Warranty claims may require inspection, photos, proof of purchase, or return of the defective product. If covered, we may repair, replace, or offer credit at our discretion.

8. Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased through a marketplace, that platform’s policies may apply in addition to ours. Marketplace refunds or returns must follow both:

  1. The platform’s policies, and

  2. BZOO’s warranty and return terms listed here.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, logos, images, text, audio, and software, is the property of BZOO or its content suppliers and is protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without written permission.

10. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or engage in fraudulent behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BZOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, interruption of service, or damages caused by misuse of products. Our liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price paid.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
